great stuff, have to agree with those over at modb, the AK animation 'when idle' is great, the realistic, however 'when firing' it looks fake, it just goes up and down and there is no visual of the kick of the gun and its power steaming backwards into the players arm/shoulder.. it should give a big kickback and the gun should not move up and down so perfectly.

As someone already said again, only when it "clicks" and the gun is empty would you need to re-cock the gun to load the first round again when putting on a new mag.. other than that, if u reloaded half way through or with 1 round left, 1 round would still be in the chamber and when you fired it.. it would automatically load the next round from the magazine

Once the animations are in-game we can easily tweak each thing. Like we change the settings on the animation on like the idling, reloading, firing. It looks better in-game yeahh

about the recoil  being too smooth : It can be tweaked really easily later... it can be done in like 5-10 minutes

about the reload:  We usually use 2 reload state, tho there`s only 1 for the ak for now. 
We have the basic reload where the player still have ammo in the weapon and the Empty mag reload.  We can still add a new reload without any problem later on....  We just need to do it.

Infact, changing recoil is simply a variable. Its extremely easy. Just changing a number.

However the part that takes time is balance - if you change one aspect of the game you must balance out the rest.
