I don't have 1 milllion dollars. I ment, after u donated 1000000 dollars you mayb have the right to whine. The team is working on a free mod that's good enough to match popular games in store. Gamedeveloppers working on games u find in store are getting payd. The TA team delivers great work and is not getting payed. So a bit of respect for this guys should be the less thing u could do. Srry for bad English.

I meant no disrespect. All i'm saying is that this mod dosn't look so promising all of a sudden. About the "French", i just translated what he said, he dosn't have a user on this forum so i was his voice. If you are looking to make maps that are more like COD4, you should really go for the known and popular maps like Strike, Backlot, Crash...not the outcast maps like Creek :\ All of the beauty of Tactical Ops is that with good team work you and your clan could be the best, i just don't see it in this map.

in AoT lots of maps are mixed of outdoors&indoors...nearly all of them... about more classical looking maps just wait for our further releases

The French ta community are a very small community compared to german English and american
overall his opinion is based on his own fiction. I don't have time for people who can't be bothers to make a forum accont to get the facts.
The reality is if ta plays like to you won't care as much about the maps as you will a game that appeals to millions of people.
Simple truth is games need to look good and play good now.

Thanks mate it really help to stay motivated. I'll never understand why some people will try to bash a few thing the moment they just don't like it. I guess we'll just have to deal with those guys.... shit happen... The French ta community are a very small community
Me and Warcha are both french canadian... the french community will soon overcome those german freak guys

well, high class quality if you ask me. a great add, having this guy on the team. but i start to believe more and more that the:
Minimum System Requirements • Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista • 2.0+ GHZ Single Core Processor • 512 Mbytes of System RAM • NVIDIA 6200+ or ATI Radeon 9600+ Video Card • 8 GB of Free Hard Drive Space
and the:

not gonna be ennough to play ta. i really dont hope maps like jungle and deadlock are framekillers. and to Almightyz, dont be afraid not playing aot maps. after the release the maps will be remaked by the communiy itself for sure.

Thanks for the productive feedback. First thing people need to realise is that TA is a mod, the dev team works voluntarily out of love for TA while having full time life commitments. It is a fact that not all gamers like the same style of game / level this is what keeps designers like me thinking forward. TA is a progression of the style of gameplay laid out by TO. If I was to tackle designing deadlock as a remake of some sort where is the creativity? Players want to be immersed in visually stimulating environments! This is a fact, don’t even beg to ask me how I know this ïŠ Deadlock will be unique in the sense that it will bring something new to the TA gameplay mix. If you read my interview, mapping for the Unreal Engine is fundamentally different to the old BSP style boxed map designs. The technology and climate has changed, you cannot compare the design of old TO maps to TA as the environments will clearly have more visual fidelity and freedom. COD4? It is a great game but I have not thought about this game at all while designing Deadlock. Deadlock is a unique level design which will lay down a foundation of more to come. I do not do remakes; it defeats the purpose of design in the first place! Thank you for all the positive feedback of which has been an exciting media release.
